1. Scope of Agreement

This agreement applies to all audio works, instrumentals, and recordings (“the Works”) made available by Bring Upon The Dawn, including any material released before, on, or after the Effective Date.

 

 

2. Grant of Limited License

Bring Upon The Dawn (“the Creator”) grants the Recipient a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Works for:

  • Recording vocals

  • Creating covers or performance content

  • Showcasing talent for portfolio, audition, or promotional purposes

This license is strictly limited to non-commercial use unless otherwise approved in writing.

 

 

3. Ownership and Copyright

All Works remain the sole property of Bring Upon The Dawn.

This agreement does not grant:

  • Ownership rights

  • Publishing rights

  • Distribution rights

  • Commercial exploitation rights

 

 

4. Permitted Use

The Recipient may:

  • Record vocals over any Works

  • Upload vocal covers or performances to platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and similar

  • Use such content for personal promotion, auditions, or creative portfolios

Condition:
All content must clearly and visibly credit Bring Upon The Dawn as the original creator.

Recommended credit format:
“Instrumental by Bring Upon The Dawn”

 

 

5. Usage Restrictions

The Recipient may not:

  • Claim ownership of the Works or any portion of them

  • Monetize, sell, or commercially exploit the Works or derivative content

  • Distribute or share the instrumental tracks on their own (with or without modification)

  • Release any version of the Works as an official single, EP, album, or commercial product

  • Register the Works or derivatives with any digital rights management, publishing, or distribution service

  • Present the Works as original material created solely by the Recipient

 

 

6. Collaboration & Commercial Use

Any commercial use, official collaboration, or release (including distribution to platforms such as Spotify or Apple Music) requires prior written permission from Bring Upon The Dawn.

7. Termination Clause

This license may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Bring Upon The Dawn.

Upon request, the Recipient agrees to:

  • Remove all content using the Works

  • Delete any stored copies of the Works and derivative recordings

 

 

8. Modifications

Bring Upon The Dawn reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the Works constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

 

 

9. Agreement Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using any Works created by Bring Upon The Dawn, the Recipient agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement, regardless of whether a physical signature is provided.
